Our EZ Dye Technology significantly reduces water and chemical consumption in the dyeing process. By using low-water, low-impact techniques, we help preserve freshwater resources and prevent harmful effluents from entering ecosystems.

EZ Dye Technology
EZ Dye Technology is HerMin’s sustainable dyeing process designed to reduce the environmental impact of textile production.
Traditional dyeing often releases large amounts of water, chemicals, and dyestuff into the environment, harming water quality and ecosystems.
EZ Dye Technology addresses this by significantly reducing water, chemical, and energy consumption — up to 80% less water and steam, 70% less alkali and salt, and 50% less dyestuff compared to conventional methods. Beyond its sustainability benefits, EZ Dye Technology also enhances the fabric’s dyeability, delivering more vibrant and longer-lasting colors than conventional methods.
Through our integration of EZ Dye Technology, we've successfully minimized dyeing times by lowering the processing temperature from the conventional 8-10 hours to just 2-4 hours.
This advancement has also led to a 50% reduction in dye usage while simultaneously improving dyeing outcomes. This reduction in dyes has unveiled further crucial insights because, following the principle of "less is more" , fewer chemicals translate to significantly higher colorfastness to washing crocking for our 100% natural fiber textiles.
