This client is one of Taiwan's most prominent fitness chain brands, operating numerous large venues and professional coaching teams. Faced with a one-time procurement volume of more than 10,000 pieces, the client was seeking a highly integrated supply-chain partner. In a professional, high-intensity training environment, coach uniforms must endure extensive movement and heavy perspiration; at the same time, an order of this scale requires exceptional consistency and highly stable quality control. Hermin was therefore entrusted to oversee the project, with the goal of creating premium performance gear perfectly aligned with the needs of the professional environment through our deeply integrated ODM service.
To address the heavy sweat-management demands of high-intensity exercise, the Hermin team stepped in at the source: fabric selection and development. Based on the perspiration conditions coaches face during long teaching sessions, we precisely selected and customized a performance fabric with two-way moisture management technology. Through a special yarn structure, the fabric rapidly spreads sweat to the surface and accelerates evaporation, ensuring a completely dry wearing experience. After confirming the fabric properties, the design team simultaneously carried out systematic pattern development, optimizing the three-dimensional cut for large-range movements such as squats and weightlifting so that stretch fabric and ergonomics reached a perfect balance.
Beyond front-end R&D and design, large-scale production and quality control were the core value of this project. Over a development and mass-production cycle of more than 12 months, Hermin fully demonstrated its one-stop project management capability—from fabric sourcing to garment manufacturing and final delivery. We established a dedicated color database for the client and enforced strict quality inspections across the entire line, from precise color matching at the dye house to garment sewing tolerances. With our independent in-house QC team checking every stage, we successfully simplified a complex supply chain into a single contact window, significantly reducing the client's management costs and ensuring that every uniform delivered to branches across Taiwan met uncompromising professional standards.
